UHF not working: fix buffering, EPG and login problems
Short answer: re-enter your login exactly as in the email (with http:// and the port), check your plan is active, restart the device and router, and use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or a cable. That fixes most UHF problems in a few minutes.

Buffering: work through these
- Test speed on the same device: about 10 Mbps steady for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K.
- Restart the router and the device (30 seconds off).
- Too many screens at once for your plan can stop streams; check your connections.
